This real estate office for the Warburg family was created out of an empty warehouse space in Tribecca New York. The office is less of an office and more of a residential place to work and be successful in thanks to an attention to soft lighting, soundproofing, custom furniture and warm materials. The space is arranged with half wall work spaces which give privacy to the agents while keeping an opening feeling and cross collaboration between them.
